Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we collect your name and email address. We do not store passwords.

Reddit Public Data: Our Service collects publicly available data from Reddit's public JSON endpoints, including posts and comments. We do not collect private messages, private subreddit content, or any other non-public Reddit data.

Usage Data: When you use the Service, we store your pipeline configurations, keywords, AI analysis results, and generated content.

Payment Information: Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Hackddit does not directly store credit card information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Identifying and analyzing potential leads from publicly available Reddit data


• AI-powered lead scoring and content generation


• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service


• Managing subscriptions and providing customer support


• Sending service-related notices and updates

Hackddit does not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following trusted third-party services to the extent necessary:

• Google Gemini (AI Analysis): We send publicly available Reddit data to AI models for lead analysis and content generation. Your personal information (email, name) is not sent to the AI.


• Supabase (Database & Authentication): Securely stores your account information, pipeline configurations, and lead data.


• LemonSqueezy (Payments): Your email address is shared for subscription payment processing.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Hackddit implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmissions are protected via HTTPS (TLS) encryption.


• Database access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS) policies.


• Secure authentication via Google OAuth 2.0.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Hackddit uses the following cookies:

• Authentication Session Cookies: Essential cookies used to keep you signed in.


• Locale Cookies: Used to remember your language preference.

Hackddit does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.


• Right to Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data.


• Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.


• Right to Restrict Processing: You can request restrictions on how we process your data in certain circumstances.

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Even after cancellation, we may retain your data for a period to allow reactivation.

If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal data and associated information within 30 days. However, we may retain certain information as required by law.

Reddit public data collected and associated analysis results are deleted together with your account upon deletion request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notices or via your registered email address.

The updated policy takes effect when posted on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
